My intent in my work is to provide space for people to be themselves without judgment. An offering to be who you are, who you have been, who you want to be, to explore the parts of you that are loved, hidden, and scary. I don’t believe there is any “getting to the bottom” of us, but I do believe the more we face ourselves the more we can be with ourselves harmoniously, get more of what we want out of life and create a more loving, compassionate world not only for ourselves but for others in our lives. Nature Therapy

I have experience and education leading nature therapy sessions. If nature is a place you like to be, consider how nature therapy may be good for you. Nature therapy sessions can range from anything from a trail-walking session near the office or a multi-day outing in nature. Nature is a place for everyone and every ability level and can provide a feeling of home when that feeling is hard to come by. Living a full, authentic, and satisfying life requires an ongoing process of self-exploration. As someone who has faced depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, I understand the challenges that come with navigating life’s complexities. Over the years, I’ve learned that my needs matter, and that true connection with others requires vulnerability and trust. The walls I built for protection once kept me safe, but they also kept me from experiencing the intimacy and relationships that bring meaning to life.

I am a divorced, non-monogamous man, and through my experience I’ve gained deep insight into the intricacies of relationships and how our past experiences shape our connections with others. I also understand the struggles of addiction on a personal level, including my own journey with substance and porn addiction. Whether you're struggling with men's issues, facing challenges in relationships, working through trauma or addiction, or simply seeking purpose and meaning in your life, I am here to support you. I take a person-centered approach to my work which is grounded in mindfulness, personal accountability, self-compassion, and nature therapy. I believe that healing happens when we’re open to growth and willing to let go of the old patterns that no longer serve us. I’ve experienced firsthand the power of breaking through barriers and discovering the beauty that lies on the other side, and I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey toward a fuller, more authentic life.
